Tuesday November 6th, 

Complicated Animals is a Brazilian American duo from Los Angeles. Formed by vocalist Monica da Silva, and guitarist Chad Alger, the duo combine Bossa Nova, Indie, and World influences into an International Fusion they call Indie Nova. da Silva sings in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and adds accents of flute and melodica throughout their arrangements. Acontece Magazine called their sound "the future of bossa nova with the face of youth today".

Todos Santos, 

Wendy Fitz, Gary Bauman, and Jack Pribble; an acoustic trio created in the small village in Baja California that inspired the name. The band's sound has been described as "Cantina Americana", a harmony driven mixture of soaring vocals, fiery guitars, and accordion. The music is roots to the core and includes not only originals but also many unique covers.

 

November 22nd, 

Thanksgiving no music

Two Smooth Band plays all-instrumental smooth jazz and Latin-flavored songs, by artists such as Acoustic Alchemy, Peter White, and La Vienta. With the aid of backing tracks, the 2-man band sounds like it’s a 6-person group. So come enjoy the unique mix of melodies and rhythms, ranging from ballads to funk and reggae.

Amanda Addleman and Lee Dynes

Jazzy duo Piano and guitar,

Jazz vocalist and pianist, Amanda Addleman, will be pushing the boundaries of modern jazz. She, along with guitarist, Lee Dynes, will be playing a selection of updated jazz standards, jazz-hued popular songs and original material.
